What size businesses do you work with?
Small and medium businesses and nonprofits, typically 10 to 500 employees, nationwide. Pricing is per user or per endpoint, so a 12-person firm and a 300-person firm pay the same rate.
Do you cover our OT, SCADA or PLC network?
No. We protect the office side: email, laptops and desktops, servers and the Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace tenant. OT and ICS security is a different discipline; we will say so rather than pretend.
Do you require long-term contracts?
No. A simple yearly subscription with no onboarding fee and no multi-year contract.
Can you help with the DFARS questionnaire?
We give you the evidence for the controls we run, in the monthly report. Writing the SSP or performing the assessment is your assessor's work, not ours.
